① equipment cleaning. After the unpacking inspection and disassembly of the equipment, the rust inhibitor applied and the residual iron filings inside, rust, dust accumulated during transportation and storage and other filth shall be removed, and the assembly can be carried out only after cleaning

commonly used cleaning agents in installation projects include alkaline cleaning agents, cleaning agents containing non-ionic surfactants, petroleum solvents, and solvents for gas-phase corrosion prevention

the antirust layer on the processing surface of cast iron platform equipment shall not be removed with abrasive cloth or metal scraper, but only with clean cotton yarn, cotton cloth, wood scraper or horn scraper. Dry oil can be cleaned with kerosene. Antirust paint can be cleaned with banana water, alcohol, turpentine and acetone by using fragrant plastic under the action of stretching. When the rust on the processing surface cannot be wiped off with oil, it can be wiped off with cotton cloth dipped in acetic acid; After rust removal, wipe it with lime water for neutralization, and finally dry it with clean cotton yarn or cloth. When the antirust dry oil applied to the gears in the gearbox is too thick, 70 ~ 80 ℃ hot engine oil or 30 ~ 40 ℃ hot kerosene can be poured into the gearbox for cleaning. Ball bearings that have hardened or are difficult to clean can be washed with 70 ~ 80 ℃ hot engine oil, then cleaned with kerosene, and finally cleaned with gasoline. Do not use cotton yarn when cleaning bearings, only clean cotton cloth is allowed; If the cotton cloth is inconvenient to be cleaned, use an oil gun to inject kerosene or hot engine oil for cleaning

② equipment lubrication. Oil lubrication can be carried out only after the internal and external parts of the equipment are cleaned. The lubricating oil must be tested and confirmed to meet the requirements before it can be used. The lubricating oil must be filtered before adding to the equipment, and the oil added should reach the specified oil mark position; All lubricating parts and oil holes should be filled with lubricating oil

it is easy to seal with lubricating grease, which is not easy to dirty and reduce losses. It is not necessary to add or change lubricating grease often. In particular, it is of great practical significance for the lubrication of high-speed motors, automatic devices and equipment that are not easy to refuel. At the same time, the grease is not affected by temperature, and has a large adaptation range to the changes of load properties and movement speed, so it is not easy to lose on the vertical lubrication surface. Adding an appropriate amount of graphite powder to the lubricating grease can form a more tough oil film, which can slow down in the reciprocating mechanism, avoid crawling and eliminate vibration. Due to its poor fluidity and low thermal conductivity, grease cannot be used as a circulating lubricant

(II) foundation work

1. Foundation construction. The foundation construction roughly includes several processes: excavation of foundation pit, installation of formwork, binding of reinforcement, installation of anchor plate and reserved hole formwork, pouring of concrete, maintenance, removal of formwork, etc

2. Foundation acceptance

(1) before the investment of mechanical equipment increases by 5%~7% to reach the income level of 50% - 60% energy saving standard, the concrete strength of equipment foundation must be measured. Generally, the equipment can be installed in place only after the concrete strength reaches more than 60%. When the equipment is leveled and adjusted, the foundation bolts must be tightened until the concrete reaches the design strength. For the foundation of small and medium-sized machinery and equipment, the "steel ball impact mark method" can be used to measure the concrete strength. The foundation of large-scale mechanical equipment needs to be preloaded before installation. The weight of preloading is 1.25 times of the sum of self weight and the maximum weight of allowable machined parts

(2) the geometric dimension of the equipment foundation shall comply with the design regulations, and the datum line of the equipment positioning shall be based on the vertical and horizontal center line of the workshop column or the edge line of the wall (according to the requirements of the design drawing)

(3) foundation bolt

① the function of anchor bolts is to firmly connect the mechanical equipment with the foundation to prevent displacement, vibration and overturning of the equipment during operation

② the length of the anchor bolt shall comply with the provisions of the construction drawing. When there is no specific provisions in the construction drawing, it can be determined by the following formula:

where l - the length of the anchor bolt (mm)

d - diameter of anchor bolt (mm)

s - the sum of the height of the sizing block, the thickness of the base and the nut and the reserved amount (the reserved amount is about 3 ~ 5 pitches of the anchor bolt)

③ the verticality of the anchor bolts vertically buried shall be ensured during laying, and the vertical deviation shall be less than 1%

④ elimination of foundation bolt deviation. Treatment of center distance deviation. When the center distance deviation of the local anchor bolt exceeds the allowable value, first use a chisel to remove the concrete around the thread, and the depth of removal is 8 ~ 15 times the bolt diameter, then use an oxygen acetylene flame to heat the bolt. The bending part needs to be corrected to about 850 ℃, and use a sledgehammer and Jack to correct. After meeting the requirements, the steel plate shall be welded at the bending part to prevent the bolt from being straightened after being stressed. Finally, refill the concrete

treatment of elevation deviation. If the positive deviation of bolt elevation exceeds the allowable range, a part shall be cut off and the thread shall be reprocessed. If the elevation deviation of the bolt is negative and does not exceed 15mm, a part of the concrete shall be chiseled first, and then the outer part of the bolt thread shall be baked red and stretched with oxyacetylene flame, and two reinforced steel bars or thin pipes shall be welded on both sides of the part with reduced diameter after stretching. If the negative deviation exceeds 15mm, the bolt shall be cut off, and a new bolt shall be re welded, and then 4 steel bars shall be welded in the butt welding. After treatment, the concrete shall be poured again

treatment of foundation bolt "trap". When tightening the anchor bolts, the bolts were pulled out of the equipment foundation due to excessive force, making the equipment installation impossible. At this time, it is necessary to chisel out the concrete in the middle of the bolt, then weld two crossed U-shaped reinforcements, and refill the concrete to fix the bolt again

(4) sizing block. Place the sizing block group under the equipment base. By adjusting the thickness of the sizing block group, the equipment can reach the elevation and level required for installation. At the same time, it is convenient for secondary grouting, so that all parts of the equipment base can be in full contact with the foundation, and the foundation can evenly bear the weight of the machine and equipment and the force generated during operation

① classification and application scope of sizing block. Rectangular sizing block (also known as flat sizing block) is used for equipment bearing main load and strong continuous vibration; Inclined pad iron (also known as inclined plug pad iron) is mostly used for parts that do not bear the main load (the main load is basically borne by the grouting layer), and there should be a flat pad iron under the inclined pad iron; The open sizing block is usually installed on the metal structure or ground plane in the form of a support, and the piston 5 with a small supporting area moves upward to loosen the specimen 7 By regulating the overflow valve on the oil source, the equipment is supported by more than two feet; Hook heads are paired with diagonal sizing blocks

② the placement of sizing blocks should meet the following requirements: each anchor bolt should usually be placed with at least one group of sizing blocks. For the sizing block group that does not bear the main load, only a flat sizing block and an inclined sizing block can be used; The sizing block group bearing the main load shall use paired diagonal sizing blocks, which shall be welded firmly with electric welding after leveling; When bearing the main load and generating strong continuous vibration during the operation of the equipment, the sizing block group can only use flat sizing block instead of inclined sizing block. The total number of sizing blocks in each group shall not exceed 3. In the sizing block group, the thick sizing block is placed below, the thin sizing block is placed above, and the thinnest one is placed in the middle

(III) equipment installation

1. Equipment leveling and alignment. The basic matching point used for the installation of mechanical equipment is to take the factory zero point as the standard, and mark the accurate elevation of the basic matching point with the measurement method

2, mechanical assembly

(1) bolt connected locking device. Bolt connection is self-locking and bears static load. It is reliable when the working temperature is relatively stable. However, under impact, vibration and alternating loads, the self-locking property is destroyed. Therefore, it is necessary to add locking devices

(2) key connection. The key is used to connect the shaft and the parts on the shaft. The key connection is characterized by simple structure, reliable operation and convenient assembly and disassembly. Keys are usually divided into loose keys, tight keys and splines according to their structure and purpose

(3) installation of sliding bearing. Sliding bearing is a kind of sliding friction bearing, which is characterized by reliable, stable, noiseless and strong vibration absorption capacity of oil film, so it can bear large impact load

(4) rolling bearing installation includes cleaning, inspection, installation, clearance adjustment and other steps

(5) installation of gear transmission mechanism. Gear transmission mechanism has the advantages of accurate and reliable transmission, compact structure, small volume, high efficiency and convenient maintenance

(6) installation of worm gear transmission mechanism. The worm gear transmission mechanism is characterized by large transmission ratio, accurate transmission ratio, stable transmission, low noise, compact structure and self-locking. The disadvantage is that the transmission efficiency is low, the friction heat is large when working, and good lubrication is required

(7) installation of coupling. Couplings are divided into fixed and movable types

(IV) equipment inspection, adjustment and commissioning the commissioning steps of mechanical equipment are: no load first, then load, single machine first, then system, and finally linkage. The test run starts from components, from components to assemblies, and from assemblies to single equipment (sets).
