In the 1318km long line, the bridge engineering accounts for about 80% of the total mileage of the whole line with high strength and excellent heat resistance - which can withstand high temperature of 800~1000 ℃. On the one hand, the whole line needs to produce about 30000 Ballastless box bridges with a length of 32 meters and a weight of 900 tons by intensifying the standard preparation and revision. The production and erection of this huge bridge is a key project in the civil construction of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway

according to zhangtingjun, deputy general manager of China Railway 14th bureau group and chief commander of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway of China Railway 14th bureau group, Suzhou bridge factory has undertaken the production task of 738 Ballastless box type bridges. The area of this huge bridge is equivalent to a standard basketball court, and more than 330 cubic meters of high-performance concrete should be poured at one time. As high-speed railway bridges have high requirements for corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance and tensile cracking, in addition to special requirements for mold and temperature control during concrete pouring, the construction process is also very complex

the scientific research and technical personnel of China Railway 14th bureau group have successively adopted a series of advanced process production processes, such as hydraulic integral formwork and integral reinforcement binding on the mold. By strictly controlling the temperature difference of various parts of the bridge during concrete pouring, and through repeated tests, they have mastered hundreds of groups of scientific research data, successfully controlled the precision of bridge pouring, greatly improved the production efficiency, and ensured the timely production of the bridge

it is reported that a large number of bridges are used in the construction of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway, which can not only effectively reduce construction land and minimize intersections, but also solve major technical problems such as large-area soft soil foundation subsidence in North China and the plains in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, so as to ensure the traffic safety of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour

it is also understood that the mileage of the Beijing Shanghai high speed railway across Anhui Province is 280 km, accounting for about 20% of the total mileage of the whole line. There are three passenger stations in Suzhou, Bengbu and Chuzhou. After completion, the railway mileage from Hefei to Nanjing by fire metallurgical vehicle will be shortened from the current 312 km to 166 km, and the driving time will only take 1 hour, while the railway mileage from Beijing to Shanghai will be shortened from the current 10 hours to 5 hours
